Sanom Poss moved from Thailand to the Nashville area in 1988, and it's been home ever since.
In 2008, I first taught Thai cooking through University School of Nashville Evening Classes to share the food of my homeland. It ignited a love of teaching that endures through Red Curry, which now offers private classes and personal chef services.
