I teach primarily through in-home instruction. I'll guide you through the preparation of a Thai meal, providing tips and tricks that I've learned in many years of Thai cooking. As the eldest daughter in Thailand, my job from an early age was to help my mother prepare food for market—one of the main ways of enjoying food in my native country.
