BEHIND THE SCENES AT RED CURRYSanom Poss is the face behind Red Curry. Sanom Poss moved from Thailand to the Nashville area in 1988, and it's been home ever since. In 2008, she first taught Thai cooking through University School of Nashville Evening Classes and it ignited a love of teaching that endures through Red Curry, which now offers personal chef services.
